Yes it is a race,
But you need to run at your own pace
World gonna throw all on your face
Have a take at your will with grace.
I do not see Sushant Singh as an actor only, but a professional as well, who could not take it all. Is it not right to say that all professionals in every field are in some kind of constant pressure. The reason for being suicidal can be anything professional or personnel. But if it was personnel then why the professional side of your personality did not try to save you. And if it was professional, is the professional you is all you have become.
Mental health is important. Many organisations, fraternities accepted it. They are offering some care departments to address it for employees. It is a good initiative. But does professionals seek these departments within organisation? How are following dealt while setting up such care units:
1 confidentiality of employee
2 non judgemental attitude toward employees’ capabilities
3 decelaration of employee speed in the race setup by the organisation itself.
4 With the current times, corporate has gone aggressive. Within this aggressive phase do they actually have time for so called mental health initiatives.
Are employees allowed to take more suitable approach to the issues on hand depending on their personnel position in life? No it does not work like that many a times. Because aggresive approach to growth is based on arrogant moto of survival of the fittest.
All these years we have been taught this law of nature. We are thrived to achieve this non practical inhuman perfection just to survive.
Being suicidal is very subjective. Not many of us are that sick of the setup we live in. Does this justify even one single unfortunate case of suicide? Yes life is full of fears and risks as well. But is it too much to expect a setup which does not run on Survival of fittest instead Live to Survive.
Survive to be fit to race
Survive to make the world a better place
